The answer, he says, is riding a horse. As he explains in a very intoxicated, confident manner, there’s no law on the books that can stop you from riding a horse while drunk.

The wild thing is, he appears to be right, at least depending on the state. That said, if the cops really want to arrest you, there are likely a dozen or so charges they can get you on instead of a DUI.

Still, if you’ve got a horse, why not give it a shot?
